General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) policy for the Ottershaw Park Estate Company (OPEC).
For each property in Ottershaw Park, the OPEC directors hold a digital and hardcopy register of the owner's name(s) and address, and if supplied by the owner, their telephone number and email address.
This information is used solely for the purposes of OPEC administration and is not disclosed to other residents or other parties without their consent, and is deleted from the record when an owner sells their property.
