AGM Thursday 24th November 2022

Members are reminded that the 2022 AGM will take place on Thursday 24th November 2022 at 8.00pm in Christ Church Hall. Documents relating to the AGM have been circulated by email. If you are attending the meeting please bring a copy of the documents with you for reference. If you are unable to attend and wish to vote on any matters please use the Form of Proxy and return it to the Chairman of the OPEC committee, Nigel Eastment, 27 Ottershaw Park or email it to OPEC@ottershawpark.co.uk at least 48 hours before the meeting.
